This role leads the coaching support function for the Neurodiversity Program at Wells Fargo, supporting employees and their managers in their professional development. The Neurodiversity Coaching Lead will join the Neurodiversity & Disability Employment team in Talent Acquisition. This role partners with employees, managers, HR, and business leaders to enhance individual effectiveness, team collaboration, and organizational practices through coaching, education, and systemic change. The Neurodiversity Coach applies a neuro-affirming, non-clinical approach, focusing on workplace success, accommodations, communication strategies, and strengths utilization for individuals with diverse cognitive styles, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurocognitive differences.
