About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support Print Services within Banking Operations. This role is responsible for production support, incident management, business continuity coordination, operational analysis, and strategic support for critical print operations across internal Wells Fargo teams and third-party print vendors. The individual in this role will partner closely with operations, technology, lines of business, and external vendors to support ongoing production stability, research and resolve incidents, drive process improvements, and contribute to strategic initiatives impacting Print Services. This role supports a 24x7 production environment for Print Services operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting production operations, operational recovery, incident management, or business execution in a high-volume operational environment
  • Ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment with limited direction while managing multiple priorities independently
  • Experience working with a print operation and the associated technology systems
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with executive leaders

Responsibilities

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Participate in strategic system and process change initiatives by providing operational insight, business knowledge, and production support expertise for Print Services
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for print production incidents impacting Print Services, including coordination of recovery efforts for processing failures, data issues, errors, missing files, and other production anomalies
  • Research and analyze production incidents, open incident tickets with the appropriate technology and platform support groups, escalate issues as needed, and partner across technology, operations, lines of business, and vendors to establish root cause and drive corrective action
