About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support the Equipment Finance Business Support Team for Commercial Banking. This role involves leading support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives. The consultant will ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, and manage pipelines related to assigned operations. The position requires independent research into moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, applying analytical skills, knowledge of organizational strategy, Business Execution, and understanding of international business. The consultant will make recommendations for support functions, provide leadership, and assist in planning and executing various programs and initiatives, including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. Collaboration with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures is also a key aspect, along with providing leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ Years Equipment Finance Business Experience
  • Working knowledge of Equipment Finance Systems including: Seibel Row, Hot -Docs, DocuSign
  • Experience drafting, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures
  • Experience supporting business execution, operational initiatives, or strategic programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and risks
  • Ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross functional teams
  • Experience preparing executive ready materials, summaries, or recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
