About The Position

At Pixaera, we are a passionate team dedicated to delivering solutions that empower people, leveraging AI and gamification to build a vertical platform focused on improving the safety readiness of frontline workers in high-risk industries. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be crucial in driving the company's growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This involves extensive market research and targeting potential customers globally, particularly in sectors such as oil and gas, energy, mining, construction, and manufacturing, to expand Pixaera's presence.

Responsibilities

  • Win over leads and mature them from cold leads to real opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects via cold calling, email cadences, and LinkedIn to generate interest and establish relationships.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire clients.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify potential leads and customer needs in target industries.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to aid product development and marketing strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Pixaera's solutions.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
