We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline creation across our Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. This role is focused on penetrating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and generating qualified opportunities that convert into high value revenue. You will engage key decision makers across Wealth Management firms, Banks, Wirehouses, and Broker Dealers within the broader Financial Services industry. Success in this role requires leveraging a combination of account based prospecting, data driven insights, and AI-enabled outreach to create relevant, high-impact engagement with target accounts. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility into the enterprise sales motion and a clear path into Account Executive responsibilities. Compensation This position offers a base salary of $70,000, with variable commission tied to qualified pipeline and opportunity creation.
