The Business Development Representative (BDR) will partner with sales and marketing to support our Account Based Marketing strategy, outbound prospecting activities and inbound follow-up Responsible for generating qualified meetings to achieve assigned monthly, individual goals Responsible for making at least 75 calls/day into target industry and within Clearwave’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Become an expert at using lead generation tools (Gong, Nooks, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other tools) to identify and capture Clearwave key prospects Identify key contacts and target accounts in Salesforce to build outbound prospecting campaigns Manage sales leads effectively through the documented Business Development process Responsible for following-up on marketing generated leads meeting the documented SLAs and KPI metrics Apply sales tools within the sales process to have effective conversations relative to the buyer personas Utilize smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with key contacts, decisions makers within key healthcare specialties Understand and capture prospect’s challenges/needs and effectively communicate Clearwave’s value to solve challenges.
