• Ability to effectively analyse information and identify opportunities for upselling

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry tasks to support administrative and operational functions
• Provide support in analysing data and preparing reports for different projects
• Engage in customer service activities, including phone etiquette and effective communication with clients
• Contribute to upselling efforts by promoting products or services where appropriate
• Collaborate with team members on various organisational tasks and projects
• Support the team in maintaining organised records and documentation
• Participate in training sessions and developmental activities to enhance skills
