Aksia is an alternative assets specialist, providing investment solutions for institutional investors globally. Our business provides clients with advisory, investment management, and research services across private credit, private equity, real assets, and hedge funds. As of October 31st, 2025, Aksia advises on over $326bn and manages $34bn of client capital. We are seeking a seasoned investment/business development professional to design and lead a new strategic initiative at Aksia to serve insurance company clients. This role will bring deep expertise in insurance asset management and develop investment offerings for insurance companies globally including: rated notes/feeders and commingled funds/SMAs supported by underlying investment ratings and other offerings. The position will directly support the development and growth of commingled funds, SMAs and other specialized solutions within the insurance sector. The Pan-Alternatives team serves as the strategic client-facing group within Aksia, aligning firmwide resources to provide tailored solutions to sophisticated allocators. This is a high-impact, outward-facing role with direct responsibility for relationship development, sales execution, and client servicing. This position can be based in one of our office locations or fully remote and will involve regular interaction with global colleagues and clients.
