This role is responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with builders and property management companies, positioning LG’s smart home and connected appliance ecosystem as a differentiated value proposition. The candidate will lead end-to-end business development activities, including pipeline creation, customer engagement, solution proposal, and commercialization. You will be the primary commercial relationship owner between LG and our key customer segments — multifamily property developers, builders, MDU operators, and property management companies — translating ThinQ Pro’s platform capabilities into compelling business value. You will work closely with LG’s North America sales, marketing, and product teams, as well as HQ stakeholders, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage active pilot programs, and build a scalable pipeline of B2B opportunities collaborating with builder sales team. This role sits at the intersection of business development, solution selling, and strategic account management.
