Spectrum Superiority is searching for an experienced Business Development Manager with a successful track record in identifying, shaping, and winning new business opportunities in the C-UxS, and Electronic Warfare markets with Department of War (DoW) and intelligence community customers as well as Industry Partners. This role will be based at our Sterling, VA location. Candidates MUST have the ability to commute at least 2 days a week to this location. Responsibilities: Primary focus will be on the identification, development, and qualification of opportunities inside the Department of War and with Intelligence and Federal Agencies for non-kinetic and low collateral damage C-UxS Solutions with a focus on both rapid reaction and Programs of Record as well as developing key partnerships with industry OEMs for integration of C-C5ISR Products and Capabilities. This position will work closely with the VP of Business Development, the C-C5ISR Division Leader, and the sales team across the Spectrum Superiority business to develop the pipeline and go to market plan while focusing on positioning and capturing new business contracts.
