About The Position

Fever is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the introduction and expansion of its innovative cashless solutions within the USA. This role will focus on promoting state-of-the-art cashless payment and access control systems, utilizing RFID/NFC technology, for music festivals, sports events, and similar venues. The objective is to establish strategic partnerships, penetrate new markets, and enhance attendee experiences through convenience, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for introducing and expanding Fever’s cashless solutions in the sports hospitality and music festival industries.
  • Identify key opportunities for growth and adoption of cashless solutions.
  • Forge and maintain strategic alliances with event organizers, venue managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Align technology solutions with client operational needs and enhance event experiences.
  • Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Craft customized presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to tailor cashless wristband offerings.
  • Ensure offerings meet market demands and deliver exceptional user satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes.
  • Inform strategic planning and product innovation based on market analysis.
  • Oversee the client journey from implementation to post-event support.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the market’s voice within Fever by gathering and integrating client and attendee feedback.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to product and service offerings based on feedback.
