About The Position

People Incorporated of Virginia is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Senior Business Development & Credit Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily lending operations and supporting the performance of both business and consumer lending activities. This role provides direct oversight of lenders while serving as the primary internal resource for credit analysis, underwriting guidance, and loan structuring. In close collaboration with the Director, the Manager supports annual lending goals, portfolio management strategies, and team priorities, and assists with implementation of training and process involvements. An Associates degree or higher in finance, Business Management or relative degree preferred and relative experience required. Requirements

  • Confidence and effectiveness in professional networking, relationship-building, and delivering presentations or training to diverse audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling and credit evaluation
  • Working knowledge of lending practices, underwriting standards and small business finance

Nice To Haves
