This role supports the establishment of an operational enterprise customer information (ECIF) and Information Delivery Platform (IDP) across BMO Financial group. The goal is to enable an integrated enterprise customer experience across channels and lines of business. This includes consistent customer data collection, direct linkages of product systems to the CIF platform, and daily customer information delivery to analytical data marts for business insights, analytics, and reporting. The role also involves supporting the establishment of Party Model logic and governance, facilitating data clean-up and customer matching across all lines of business, and defining enterprise standards for data quality in partnership with the Chief Data Governance Program office and Data Risk Directive. Key performance indicators and data quality metrics will be determined, and data quality reports will be reviewed with Data Owners and Stakeholders to identify root causes of deficiencies and formulate remediation plans. The position will consult and make recommendations, support the development of ECIF and IDP roadmaps, and participate in the development of strategic and tactical Data Governance and CIF plans. The role supports the delivery of Customer Information & IDP initiatives requiring technology solutions, collaborates with stakeholders to define business objectives, processes, and requirements, and ensures recommendations are business and technically sound for long-range operational effectiveness and efficiency. The consultant determines the best approach for requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and prioritization, directs and coordinates requirements project staff and activities, and ensures necessary stakeholders are engaged in communications between IT and business teams.
