As a member of a Momentum Enhancement team, you'll contribute to the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment. This position is located in our Lebanon, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of Momentum Financials and or Acquisitions experience.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence applications.
  • Proven ability to track, and fully document changes to business requirements (both functional and system).
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate requirements to other development team members.
  • Strong understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to translate between business and technical concepts).
  • Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
  • Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.

  • Experience with Momentum Budget module
  • Experience with Momentum integrations for collections and deposits
  • Experience with Momentum travel integrations

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions.
  • Identify, confirm, and review configurations required to meet customer requirements
  • Document and review designs to meet customer requirements
  • Document and review requirements, designs, and configuration for enhancements
  • Create and execute Manual Test Cases for Functional testing, and Automation Test Scripts for functional testing including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data.
  • Maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
  • Participate in the coordination, and execution of testing.
  • Determine and meet time estimates, and schedules for enhancement efforts.
  • Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member.
  • Lead meetings with client stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions and execute resolution steps to address client issues.
  • Mentor and support other Business Analysts
