This role is responsible for leading, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the lifecycle of an initiative, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategies. The Senior Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and gain consensus on requirements, identify and document current state processes, and design future state processes with a focus on the end-to-end customer experience. They will also assess and manage customer and employee experience impacts, bridge communication between business and technology stakeholders, and support testing by defining acceptance criteria and developing test scripts. The role involves managing requirement traceability, leveraging domain knowledge to provide subject matter expertise, promoting innovation, and ensuring timely notification and escalation of issues. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will ensure work meets regulatory and framework controls, communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage risks and issues, support change management and implementation activities, and provide guidance on requirements delivery with a focus on quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation. Adherence to the TD Code of Conduct is expected.
