Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Years of Experience: 5-8
  • Active Secret clearance
  • No dual citizenship
  • Based in St. Louis; relocation or weekly M-F travel to St. Louis
  • Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of the organization's structure, processes, and systems.
  • Assess the current business model and its integration with technology.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization in the context of application migration.
  • Design and document business processes that align with the new hosting environment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system designs meet business requirements.
  • Create process maps and workflows to illustrate current and future states.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the migration team.
  • Document the current state of applications, including dependencies and integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the desired future state of applications post-migration
  • Create detailed specifications for the future state, including process improvements and system enhancements
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from diverse stakeholders
  • Communicate analysis findings, recommendations, and project progress to all levels of the organization
  • Assess proposed technical solutions against business requirements
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for different migration approaches
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on business processes and user experience
  • Develop UAT plans and test cases based on business requirements
  • Document and communicate test results and necessary adjustments
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog
  • Ensure user stories are well-defined and meet acceptance criteria
