The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support data analytics, visualization, and process automation initiatives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role blends strong business analysis and project management capabilities with hands-on experience in dashboarding and low-code automation tools. The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into actionable solutions using visualization platforms and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics)
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Tableau, Qlik, ArcGIS, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Foundry.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and model validation practices.
• Federal government or law enforcement analytics experience.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements .
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and/or Qlik.
• Build and support business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain low-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance operational workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Support end-to-end delivery of analytics and automation solutions, from requirements through deployment.
• Facilitate project planning, tracking, and status reporting to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality .
• Perform testing, validation, and user acceptance support for dashboards and applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and business processes.
