Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Define functional and non-functional business requirements for technology initiatives.
- Create detailed technical specifications and requirements documentation for development teams.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform system integration testing and regression testing.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and stakeholder sign-off.
- Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist in release planning and post-deployment validation activities.
- Maintain project artifacts, requirements documentation, and testing evidence.
