Requirements

10 years’ working experience as an Business Analyst
5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst working in an agile software development environment.
Experience with developing requirements, documenting processes and workflows.
Experience facilitating user groups and training, writing user stories, developing and executing test plans.
Ability to effectively and confidently communicate complex concepts with team members at various levels of technical and nontechnical customer stakeholders.
Experience with dashboard and business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management.
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent leadership and peer management skills.
Working knowledge of workflow and task management tools.
Eligibility to hold a Public Trust Security clearance.
B.S. in Computer Science or Information Management.
The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate the Product Manager to help develop product requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring excellent communication of our artifacts.
Interact with the business organization representatives, including executive management, to understand and document business needs, pain points, and to distill business processes.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications leveraging user stories, acceptance criteria, and use of workflow management tools such as JIRA.
Provide recommendations for the development, implementation, and sustainment of performance dashboards, and visualizations.
Review and analyze data to develop derived business intelligence outputs to support decision making.
Provide support and recommendation for the development, management, and sustainment of performance measures, key performance indicators, and visualization of performance data.
Perform due diligence by carefully assessing associated costs and risks which could impact the project.
