About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our technical delivery squad. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to understand, translate, and drive business requirements—particularly in areas related to data, reporting, and analytics. This role requires hands -on experience working in Agile environments and partnering closely with cross -functional teams.

Requirements

• At lease 4 Years experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
• 6 - 8 Years proven background as a Business Analyst/System Analyst within technical delivery teams
• Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping documents
• Strong analytical mindset with hands -on experience validating and analyzing complex datasets
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem -solving skills
• Familiarity with data, reporting, analytics platforms, and BI tools (any

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst for one or more technical squads, ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies and delivery milestones.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Perform detailed data analysis , including validation of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in c ollaboration with Product Owners and technical leads.
• Facilitate c ommunication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and impediments; proactively drive resolution.
• Support reporting, analytics initiatives, and data -driven decision -making across the organization.
• Ensure all deliverables meet compliance, regulatory, and quality standards (especially for banking/financial domains).
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to processes, documentation, and team workflows.
