About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12+ month contract with a global financial institution. The position is part of the Wholesale Credit Systems Technology team and requires deep expertise in commercial credit. The analyst will lead deliverables and work closely with product owners and technology partners to develop business and process requirements in an Agile environment. The role follows a hybrid arrangement, with three days onsite per week, in Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; or Pennington, NJ.

Requirements

Deep, current commercial credit domain expertise.
Experience with initiatives executing change in an Agile environment.
At least five years of experience in software testing in a business or systems analyst capacity.
Proven ability to write and execute detailed test scripts on a day-to-day basis.
Experience and involvement throughout the complete Agile software product life cycle.
Ability to write SQL statements for data verification.
Proficiency with advanced Excel and SQL.
Team player, self-starter, and quick learner.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAFe Agile.
Experience with qTest, Microsoft SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Elicit business requirements in user story format, including detailed acceptance criteria.
Review technical designs and provide feedback and confirmation of alignment with desired capabilities.
Own and produce SDLC deliverables, including requirements, configuration specifications, UI wireframes, and data mapping documents.
Lead collaborative engagement across business, operations, and technology teams to drive end-to-end requirements.
Understand both business problems and technical solutions to advocate for excellence and effect change.
Review requirements, write detailed test scripts, perform system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
Work with product owners and developers to manage defects from detection through resolution.
