About The Position

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst specializing in Oracle CPQ to drive the optimization of the platform. The primary objective of this role is to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring a seamless "Configure-Price-Quote" experience for our sellers and the sales organization. The candidate will act as a consultant to our Sales and Product teams, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve the Voice of the User, and continually optimize the Oracle CPQ platform for maximum efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Oracle CPQ or a similar technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash (LTC) lifecycle and sales technology best practices.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using data and user feedback to drive continuous platform optimization.
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes to identify gaps in the seller experience and design optimized end-to-end workflows.
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Represent the "Voice of the User" to ensure the CPQ roadmap prioritizes high-impact features that improve sales efficiencies.
Support defining the workflows of product configuration, pricing rules, guided selling, and approval workflows within the Oracle CPQ Cloud environment.
Partner with the UI/UX and IT development teams to enhance the user interface, ensuring the quoting tool is intuitive and aligned with modern design standards.
Serve as a key point of contact between Sales and IT to ensure technical solutions meet business KPIs.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure delivered solutions meet all functional and performance requirements.
Facilitate platform adoption through the creation of training documentation and by providing functional support to end-users.
