About The Position

Creative Information Technology Inc. (CITI) is seeking a Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert with Health and Human Services experience. The role supports CITI’s work delivering HHS and Healthcare IT solutions across federal, state, county, city, and community levels, with a focus on driving growth and new business opportunities. The position calls for expertise in state Health and Human Services departments, childcare subsidy systems, early childhood programs, child welfare systems, and related licensing.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of proven experience leading a large organization through transformation and change at a similar leadership level in federal, state, or local government, or in a large nonprofit organization or corporation providing health and human services or social services.
• Experience working with state Health and Human Services departments.
• Experience with childcare subsidy systems and childcare subsidy programs.
• Experience in the Health and Human Services domain.
• Experience with early childhood programs, including childcare and Head Start.
• Experience working in child welfare and public child welfare information systems.
• Experience managing statewide staff within permanency programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, Social Welfare, Public Administration, or a human services-related field (preferred).
