About The Position

This role involves leading and coordinating day-to-day activities for a system implementation project, specifically for an Asset Performance Management System. The position requires partnering with internal business stakeholders and external vendor teams to track progress, resolve issues, and drive deliverables. Key activities include coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), organizing and leading various project meetings, coordinating end-user training, and supporting change management. The role also involves providing regular project status reporting, developing subject matter expertise in the product and business processes, and collaborating with a cross-functional team of approximately 15 stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of around 3–5 years as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role within system implementation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with global teams
  • Experience coordinating UAT activities and vendor management
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, and follow-up skills

  • Experience with enterprise software or operational system implementations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the system implementation project
  • Partner with internal business stakeholders and external vendor teams to track progress, resolve issues, and drive deliverables
  • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution tracking, issue follow-up, and stakeholder communication
  • Organize and lead working sessions, project meetings, follow-up calls, and status update meetings
  • Coordinate end-user training sessions and support change management activities
  • Provide regular project status reporting, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
  • Develop strong subject matter expertise (SME) in the product and business processes to support implementation activities effectively
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of approximately 15 stakeholders across business and technical functions
