Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst - Order to Cash (OTC) to join our IT team in Conshohocken, PA. This is an individual contributor role responsible for bridging IT and business operations, with a primary focus on the end-to-end OTC process. The Senior Business Analyst will drive SAP solution design, process optimization, and functional support to enable critical business operations. You will drive the full lifecycle of SAP solutions for critical business processes, from strategic requirements gathering to hands-on configuration and post-production support. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Science, or equivalent
10-15+ years of hands-on SAP functional/configuration experience across multiple modules, including FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), SD (Sales & Distribution), and MM (Materials Management)
Solid, hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SAP ECC 6.0 and mastery of SD with advanced knowledge of the FI, CO, and MM
3-5+ years of project management experience with SAP ERP projects
Strong knowledge of systems integration and interfaces (e.g., SAP IDOC, RFCs, BAPIs), and experience supporting third-party Logistics, Tax, and Document Output systems
Experience or knowledge of SAP BW/BI systems, M&A integrations, and SAP Workflow
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively function as a Business Relationship Manager, liaising with all levels of the organization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and provide technical recommendations on design and tools
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently to manage complex projects, multiple tasks, and meet established deadlines
Proven ability to work well within a corporate IT team, demonstrate a focus on internal customer satisfaction, and uphold the highest level of integrity
Working onsite at our Conshohocken, PA location, 3 days per week, hybrid

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and the SAP functional team to analyze, design, develop, and test robust SAP technical solutions across core business processes for SAP Solution Design & Delivery
Act as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), gathering IT demands, prioritizing initiatives, and driving business value by analyzing user requirements and recommending process improvements and automation
Deliver new business system capabilities and provide deep functional and base business support for all OTC-related processes as a subject matter expert
Provide overall production support, analyze complex issues using debugging tools, and ensure optimal delivery of solutions and break-fixes
Develop essential project documentation, including business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and test scripts.
