About The Position

As an IT Business Analysis Specialist II you will be a member of the QAD Functional Team supporting projects and initiatives that support the global ERP for Aerospace. In this position, you will collaborate with business partners, customers, internal IT teams, and external consultants. You will lead large/complex projects, manage day-to-day support requests, capture business requirements, collaborate with colleagues on system improvements, facilitate user acceptance testing, and act as the liaison between IT and business functions. The role will touch all aspects of the ERP from Financials, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Record to Report, Forecast to Plan, and Order to Cash. The incumbent will be expected to have strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, These skills will be critical in the delivery of large projects and building trust with our business partners. This position will be in our Pittsburgh, PA or Sylmar, CA (Los Angeles) offices. Key Responsibilities Quickly adapt to assigned business area's products and processes while building business relationships with individual business and technical team members. Demonstrate understanding of how IT affects an organization and link it to redesigned business processes. Experience in business process re-engineering and/or Project Management utilizing tools and techniques to affect business change and set project delivery expectations Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn quickly to develop effective working relationships across a diverse team of functional, technical, and business partners Extensive Knowledge and experience within at least one of the following areas: SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), Change Management, Project Management

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent education
  • 5+ years of IT or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management experience
  • Change Management skills
  • Experience working with ERPs (QAD experience is a plus)
  • Must align with the PPG 3 day in the office hybrid policy

  • Extensive Knowledge and experience within at least one of the following areas: SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), Change Management, Project Management
