About The Position

The Senior Building Performance Engineer will lead building performance assessments, energy optimization initiatives, and technical engineering activities across a portfolio of healthcare facilities. The role involves working with building automation systems (BAS), HVAC equipment, energy data, and advanced diagnostic platforms to identify system inefficiencies, investigate operational issues, and develop actionable strategies to improve building performance. The engineer will apply expertise in mechanical building systems, HVAC controls, and facility operations, and communicate technical findings to facility engineers, operations personnel, client leadership, and other stakeholders. This is a remote-based position supporting healthcare facilities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. Philadelphia-area candidates are preferred; qualified professionals across the Boston-to-Washington, DC corridor will also be considered. Regional travel is required for facility assessments, technical meetings, and project activities. The role offers significant technical responsibility, direct interaction with company leadership, and the opportunity to influence engineering practices, project delivery, and the development of a growing team. The organization describes its compensation as competitive and offers a comprehensive benefits package, performance bonus potential, and professional growth opportunities.
