About The Position

Supports broker engagement and marketing activities by coordinating outreach, assisting with event logistics, and helping maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and field marketing organizations. Contributes to sales support initiatives and market development efforts that drive member and patient acquisition in targeted markets. The Broker Engagement Analyst performs well-defined tasks under close supervision and is building foundational knowledge of the broker engagement domain. This job applies developing subject-matter knowledge to routine problems, contributes to team deliverables, and escalates questions or issues to more experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Support outreach efforts to agents, brokers, and FMOs by coordinating communications, tracking activity, and maintaining contact records.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of broker events, including scheduling, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Prepare materials and presentations that support broker education, product awareness, and sales enablement.
  • Maintain and update broker databases, distribution lists, and engagement tracking systems.
  • Monitor broker activity and compile reports on engagement metrics and outreach outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign execution.
