As the Senior Brand Manager for Reynolds Branded and Private Label, you will own the marketing responsibility for the Reynolds Foil category, driving consumer demand, brand growth, and financial performance. You will operate with an enterprise mindset, balancing strategic thinking with rigorous execution to deliver measurable results. You will lead with accountability, use data to inform decisions, and collaborate cross functionally to unlock growth across brands, channels, and customers. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in the CPG industry.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership.
  • Experience leading major retail channels (Walmart and Grocery experience preferred).
  • Experience developing and launching new products.
  • Understanding of stage gate new product development processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and agency partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience with consumer research methods.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full P&L for your business, with responsibility for delivering topline growth, margin expansion, and profitable innovation.
  • Lead and oversee all Reynolds creatives, ensuring disciplined investment and strong ROI.
  • Prepare, manage, and present P&Ls to ensure all initiatives align to business goals and performance expectations.
  • Own Walmart and Grocery channels, serving as the primary brand lead across these customers and partnering closely with Sales and Customer Marketing to drive category leadership.
  • Analyze channel specific performance, trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform customer strategies.
  • Manage, evaluate, and optimize advertising and promotional spend to maximize impact.
  • Lead creative strategy and execution, working closely with agency partners and internal teams to deliver breakthrough, on brand creative across campaigns, in store, and e commerce.
  • Develop and commercialize new products that address evolving consumer and retailer needs.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal and external teams, such as Customer Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Category Management.
  • Organize and deliver compelling presentations for field sales and leadership audiences.
