About The Position

Two Roads Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and team development across their growing portfolio of craft beers and beverages. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a beloved Connecticut brand and collaborate with passionate teams across brewing, hospitality, and product innovation. Two Roads Brewing Company is an award-winning craft brewery located in Stratford, Connecticut. Founded on the belief that "the road less traveled" yields the best rewards, they pride themselves on innovation, quality, and community connection. In addition to their own brand, they partner with clients through contract brewing and are actively expanding into new beverage categories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in craft brewing or beverage-focused CPG.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, including coaching junior staff.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and creative agencies.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong grasp of branding marketing and data-driven marketing.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and enthusiasm for the fast-paced nature of craft brewing.
  • Comfort working on-site in Stratford, CT, and participating in events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute brand marketing initiatives across product launches, brand storytelling, and packaging updates.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with key teams including Sales, Product Development, Hospitality, Production, and QA.
  • Act as the primary liaison to our external creative agency, a key strategic partner, ensuring the relationship is collaborative, productive, and deeply aligned with our business and brand goals.
  • Supervise and mentor a small junior team.
  • Own the development and execution of integrated marketing plans (including email, retail, PR, and paid media).
  • Support new product launches and drive consumer awareness.
  • Lead retail and trade marketing initiatives in coordination with the sales team.
  • Collaborate on annual planning, budgets, and KPI tracking.
  • Help shape the future of marketing at Two Roads as we re-establish a cohesive brand vision.
