The Senior Brand Manager plays a critical role in shaping how DOCOMO PACIFIC connects with customers and communities. This role leads the development of brand strategy, drives marketing and communications initiatives, and ensures that every touchpoint reflects our vision of “Tomorrow’s Islands, Today.” Are you passionate about building brands that connect with people? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably within a corporate marketing team or agency environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative marketing concepts and campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Alignment with the DOCOMO PACIFIC culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of DOCOMO PACIFIC’s brand communication strategy across multiple channels.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Oversee brand budgets and ensure marketing investments are aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure brand strategy is consistently executed throughout the organization.
  • Partner with internal creative teams and external agency partners to develop impactful, best-in-class campaigns.
  • Use consumer insights, analytics, and market data to drive strategic marketing decisions and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Guide and mentor brand team members, including managers and coordinators, to strengthen team capabilities and performance.
  • Champion creativity, storytelling, and innovative communications that strengthen DOCOMO PACIFIC’s brand presence.
  • Support the professional growth and development of the brand team through coaching and leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.
