About The Position

This role is for a Senior Brand Manager at P&G, a company that invented the concept of branding and data-driven brand management. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring the brand's success in consumer preferences, from product awareness to purchase and usage. This position requires a total business owner mindset, with the ability to guide brand vision and strategy, develop marketing plans, and drive innovation. The role involves working across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics to grow the brand profitably, impacting nearly 5 billion consumers daily.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a Business focus
  • Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
  • An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
  • Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and determine own priorities
  • Strong collaborative skills for internal influencing and sharing important information
  • Experience in developing knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Making sure the brand wins with consumers' preferences in product awareness, purchase choice, and product usage.
  • Guiding the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation.
  • Working regularly across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights.
  • Executing marketing tactics that will continue to grow the brand profitably.
  • Driving business results for brands.
  • Engaging with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to develop top strategies for brand success.
  • Leading a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects.
  • Deriving insights from data to enable brand leaders in setting the direction for brand growth.
  • Contributing to and executing strategies in the team/organization.
  • Identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
  • Working on a well-defined focus on one or more brands, channels, lines or categories.
  • Collaborating effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Accomplishing tasks as an individual contributor with more direct supervision.
