You’d be joining a team of over 250 passionate, ambitious people - across the UK, Europe and US - building a category-leading FinTech product with the mission to improve the lives of millions. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this is a newly created role that will bring the Stream brand to life across our US marketing ecosystem. This role will collaborate closely with our brand team in the UK as part of a larger global creative team. This is an exciting challenge to establish brand interest and trust with US enterprise buyers and partners AND stand out in a crowded space. You will play a central role in proactively bringing creative ideas and visual storytelling approaches to the table — contributing to how Stream’s evolving narrative is expressed, and executed across all marketing channels. Ideally you can move across mediums of graphics, photography and video with ease, and are curious and proactive in implementing AI tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing-led design role within the B2B space, ideally SaaS
  • Experience across brand, digital, events and print
  • A strong portfolio of various brand executions across B2B marketing channels
  • Proven ability to ship high-quality work fast
  • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Ability to independently project manage and align expectations with stakeholders
  • A collaborative nature and openness to feedback
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building co-branded materials for partner marketing
  • Motion graphics or lightweight video production experience (Runway, After Effects, or equivalent AI video tools)
  • Experience as a solo or near-solo creative embedded within a commercial/GTM team
  • Copywriting skills

Responsibilities

  • Evolve Stream’s brand standards across all US marketing and sales materials, bringing consistency to a fast-moving team that's been shipping without a dedicated creative function
  • Ensure we have a consistent global brand by partnering with and repurposing UK-designed assets for the US market
  • Own design and create easy templates for impactful sales and partner materials
  • Develop a distinctive visual voice for Stream's social presence and create innovative campaigns that stand out
  • Ideate and execute event brand concepts, including tradeshows, field events, and proprietary conference
  • Manage the visual production of brand photography, explainer/case study videos and motion graphics
  • Build and refine AI-assisted design workflows to compress production timelines without sacrificing quality
  • Project manage their workload, build timelines and priority dependencies, and execute quickly and efficiently.
