As The Fertility Partners continues to scale, we're looking to elevate and modernize how our brands show up in the world. The Senior Brand Designer will play a central role in that evolution, helping us create more distinctive, cohesive, and effective creative across every channel and touchpoint. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. You'll own the visual expression of our brands across campaigns, websites, content, social media, and marketing programs, while building the systems that make great design scalable. Success requires exceptional craft, strong conceptual thinking, and the judgment to balance brand-building with performance, producing work that looks exceptional and drives measurable results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both brand and marketing work, including conceptual thinking, not just execution.
  • Proven experience designing campaigns, social content, landing pages, presentations, websites, and marketing assets that drive engagement and performance.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, branding, and digital user experience.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and evolving scalable design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions, balancing quality with practicality when constraints arise.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting, defending, and refining creative concepts with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within healthcare, professional services, consumer services, or other trust-based industries.
  • Experience designing for performance marketing, including paid media creative, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Experience creating executive presentations, investor materials, or C-suite communications.
  • Experience using AI tools to support creative ideation, production, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the visual expression of TFP and clinic brands across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Lead creative development for campaigns, launches, events, and major brand initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Serve as the creative voice within cross-functional discussions, helping translate strategy and messaging into compelling visual experiences.
  • Champion high standards of design quality, consistency, and craft across the organization.
  • Continuously evolve and strengthen brand identities and clinic sub-brands to support a growing network, ensuring visual consistency and differentiation across markets.
  • Own and evolve the brand design system across all brands and marketing channels.
  • Build templates, frameworks, asset libraries, and reusable components that enable faster production without sacrificing quality.
  • Establish clear standards, guidelines, and best practices that allow teams to create on-brand assets independently.
  • Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, websites, presentations, social channels, and clinic materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, efficiency, and scalability as production volume grows.
  • Bring campaigns to life through social content, paid media creative, landing pages, presentations, marketing collateral, launch materials, and event assets.
  • Design creative that balances brand-building with performance objectives, supporting acquisition, conversion, engagement, and awareness goals.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to develop creative concepts, A/B test variations, and performance-driven campaign assets.
  • Create visual assets for events, conferences, webinars, thought leadership initiatives, and content distribution.
  • Ensure creative execution remains consistent across channels while adapting appropriately to audience and platform requirements.
  • Own the visual design of TFP and clinic websites, helping create modern, high-converting digital experiences.
  • Design landing pages and campaign experiences that improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Partner closely with developers and external agencies to deliver polished, performant digital experiences.
  • Deliver clean, build-ready designs and specifications that translate effectively into production.
  • Own and evolve digital design standards and component libraries that support scalable website development.
  • Stay current on design trends, digital experiences, creative technologies, and competitive best practices.
  • Experiment with AI-enabled workflows that improve ideation, production speed, and creative scale while maintaining quality.
  • Explore new formats, tools, and approaches that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and creative excellence.
