About The Position

The Senior Brand Designer builds template systems and automation that enable teams and non-designers to create on-brand marketing materials without custom design support. The role includes creating locked, self-service templates within enterprise digital asset management (DAM) platforms and developing automation to version creative across multiple brands and locations. The designer converts an existing asset library into structured, smart-field templates while preserving brand fidelity; ensures templates work across formats, channels, and production specifications; and creates print-ready direct mail templates. The role also governs templates in the DAM, documents requirements, trains non-designers, collaborates with internal partners, and tracks usage and adoption to refine systems. Regular use of approved AI tools is required to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively. Smile Doctors is an orthodontic support organization that partners with local orthodontists and provides support services. The company describes itself as a growing organization with hundreds of partnered practices nationwide and opportunities for team members to grow their careers.
