About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The banker owns and actively grows a defined book of business, uses goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight, and delivers integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The position also supports everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests, and collaborates with internal partners to provide a differentiated customer experience. A temporary Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role may be used until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are completed; employees then transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role and participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program if not fully licensed when hired. Required licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, and Wells Fargo initiates the registration process after the start date. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
