About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role grows, deepens, and manages relationships with affluent customers and customers with complex financial needs, serving as their primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker owns and actively grows a defined book of business, uses goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight, and delivers integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role is supported by digital tools, industry-leading training, and ongoing coaching, and offers a platform for career growth. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes licensing requirements and SAFE registration; the employee then transitions to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. Employees who are not fully licensed when hired into the LP role participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. The position requires most Saturdays. Required FINRA and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within a designated timeframe, and maintaining required FINRA licenses is necessary for continued employment.
