About The Position

As a Senior Branch Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in leading daily branch operations, coaching team members, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. This role offers the opportunity to lead from the front—balancing operations, sales, and team development—while directly impacting branch performance and community relationships.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 5+ years of banking experience with prior supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales and service goals
  • Experience coaching, developing, and leading teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with PC systems and banking platforms
  • Understanding of financial products and services
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours when needed.
  • Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet)

Responsibilities

  • Lead branch operations: Oversee daily branch activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Develop staff: Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, goal setting, and ongoing development.
  • Drive sales and service performance: Establish goals, track progress, and reinforce behaviors that support strong customer relationships and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management: Maintain adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security procedures.
  • Support customers directly: Assist with complex transactions, account opening, and product recommendations while delivering exceptional service.
  • Coach sales behaviors: Lead sales/service meetings, provide feedback, and help team members improve performance and confidence.
  • Manage branch performance: Monitor reports, maintain records, and help manage budget and expense control.
  • Build customer relationships: Develop and maintain client relationships while supporting referral and business development efforts.
