About The Position

Utilizes specialized expertise gained through experience and/or training to support the management of assigned tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity improvements through collaboration with the team. Aiding in performing comprehensive quality assurance evaluations of associate output, including the identification and correction of inaccuracies. Establishes clear instructions, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with department policies and control standards. Maintains a strong understanding of bank product reconciliation. Engages with internal and external customers to identify, research, and resolve account maintenance issues. Contributes to projects related to operational initiatives, working closely other departments, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Understanding of operational processes and systems within the assigned functional area.
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques, and procedures for effective task completion.
  • Experience with checking accounts, money markets, and certificates of deposit.
  • Awareness of basic investment practices and securities industry operations.
  • Principles of banking, finance, and financial markets relevant to the role.
  • Follow mandatory procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory codes, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accuracy while keeping a broad perspective on overall objectives.
  • Independently analyze, and assess data using preset tools, methods, and formats.
  • Organize, manage, and track multiple assignments with shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
  • Work independently while also contributing in a team setting.
