About The Position

SIXT is looking for a Senior Branch Manager to lead operations across several branches or business areas. In this key role, you will drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and team development while ensuring outstanding customer experiences at every location. As the link between Branch Manager and Area or General Manager, you will coach future leaders, implement company strategies, and build a culture of accountability and emotional intelligence. This position is ideal for ambitious leaders ready to scale performance and manage complex teams while preparing for the next step toward an Area or General Manager role. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience in operations, sales, or customer service, including two years in management.
  • OR at least five years of progressive experience with two in leadership, ideally in car rental, transportation, or mobility.
  • Lead with empathy, coach and develop teams, and handle employee relations with fairness and professionalism.
  • Stay composed under pressure and maintain excellent customer service in challenging situations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across multiple branches or business areas to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and develop Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and other leaders through consistent coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability using progressive corrective action and clear communication to improve performance outcomes.
  • Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and execute strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee fleet utilization, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives within assigned branches.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in Operations, Fleet, HR, and Finance to align on staffing, performance, and business objectives.
