About The Position

As a Senior BPM Developer, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for automating, digitizing, and transforming operational processes across multiple business units. You will leverage strong software engineering and design skills to build scalable, efficient, and robust BPM solutions that deliver meaningful business value. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions while driving best practices in development, design, and implementation. You will play a key role in shaping innovative workflows that enhance both customer experience and internal operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and REST APIs
• Experience with Camunda BPM or other BPM platforms
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud providers
• Understanding of business process improvement and re-engineering
• Ability to analyze business problems and recommend effective technical solutions
• Strong collaboration skills in agile, team-based environments
• Clear and effective communication with peers and leadership
• Confidence to contribute ideas and actively participate in discussions
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative
• Continuous learning orientation with interest in new technologies and tools

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Experience in financial services within operations or technology
