Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related field with coursework aligned to BACB requirements
  • Active BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain certification, with an anticipated exam date within the next three (3) months
  • Current state licensure, where applicable, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental diagnoses
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and building something meaningful

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care by conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans for all clients on your caseload
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and support staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s standards of clinical excellence
  • Continuously analyze client progress data, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes and ensure meaningful progress
  • Partner closely with caregivers to build engagement, provide education, and empower consistent implementation of ABA strategies in home and community environments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with fellow Bloomwell teammates to foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing clinical environment centered on belonging
