A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team serving Fayetteville and surrounding communities. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (NC)
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze treatment data
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians
- Train parents, caregivers, and educational staff on behavioral strategies
- Collaborate with speech therapists and mental health clinicians
- Participate in clinical case conceptualization and team development
- Maintain strong communication with families and stakeholders
