Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( Sr. BCBA)
About The Position
Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Sr. BCBA) for a full-time position at our clinic in Broken Arrow. This role offers a collaborative, high-support environment with flexible scheduling, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence. We aim to reduce administrative burdens so you can deliver life-changing, individualized care. You will have the opportunity to train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs), collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team (including OTs and SLPs), design and monitor data collection systems, conduct parent and staff training, and manage crisis situations.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible to obtain).
- A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.
- Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.
- Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.
- Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff.
- Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
