Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in pediatric ABA therapy
- Ability to craft bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data
- Collaboration skills with BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

- Experience collaborating with Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapists
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinic-based ABA therapy to children, crafting bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collect and analyze data from each session to continuously improve treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with fellow BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and our dedicated team ensures the highest standard of care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
