Requirements

High school diploma
Significant experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated environment.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and equipment within your area of expertise.
Support the safe and compliant execution of manufacturing operations in a GMP environment.
Partner with customer and internal teams to support technical transfer and process implementation.
Train, mentor, and support manufacturing colleagues on new equipment, systems, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, systems, and process challenges to maintain operational excellence.
Support production documentation, electronic batch record review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
