About The Position

Requirements

• 10+ years of System Administration experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Big Data & Cloud platforms
• Strong AWS Administration expertise
• Hadoop Administration (HDFS, Hive, Spark, YARN)
• Apache Kafka Administration
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• CI/CD, Automation, Monitoring & Performance Tuning

Nice To Haves

• Agentic AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure AWS infrastructure
• Administer AWS services including EC2, S3, EMR, EKS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
• Manage and optimize Hadoop ecosystems (HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase, Spark).
• Install, configure, and maintain Apache Kafka clusters for high-performance streaming.
• Build and automate infrastructure using Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate administrative tasks using Python/Shell scripting.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure platform security & high availability.
