The Senior Benefits Specialist will provide critical administrative and employee support during the open enrollment period and throughout the year. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees regarding benefits access, eligibility, and general plan inquiries. The individual will also assist with benefits data management, reporting, and communication, and coordinate with the Company’s insurance broker and HR partners to ensure smooth and accurate benefits administration. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong customer service skills.
