The Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist will manage full-cycle payroll, core benefits administration, leave pay calculations, and related compliance for employees across the U.S. and Canada. You will own regular payroll processing for a growing, multi-state and multi-province salaried and hourly workforce, and administer health, welfare, wellness, and retirement programs. Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS/payroll platforms is an asset but not required. This mid-level role is designed for someone with 5–6+ years of experience who is highly detail-oriented, independently driven, and comfortable taking ownership during key coverage periods, including vacation backup for leadership. You will be a key operational partner to Payroll, People, Finance, and our U.S. and Canada benefits brokers, helping deliver an exceptional employee experience.
