Bethesda is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist responsible for payroll processing and benefits administration for all Bethesda employees. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while providing excellent customer service to employees and managers. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist also supports leave administration. Bethesda utilizes ADP as its payroll and HRIS system. Position Relationships Reports to: Director of Human Resources Internal Relationships: All staff and Department Directors External Relationships: Applicants and vendors.
